Instructions for Allied/Partner Nation Attendees
All Allied/ Partner Nations attendees (this includes all foreign liaison officers assigned to any DoD Component) must submit a Foreign Visit Request (FVR) for TS clearance initiated by their respected embassies to DIA. SCI caveats must be submitted via M3 no later than 19 August 2024

Conference attendees can make hotel arrangements at the hotel of their choice, however a block of rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites by Hilton, 8100 Loisdale Road, Springfield, VA 22150.

The special room rate will be available until Friday 23 August 2024 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.
